Property

We regularly add new properties to our website that we feel would suit leisure sector operators. These will include:

• Large warehouse style gyms
• Niche properties for creative interior gyms
• CrossFit and Functional Training Studios
• PT and Small Group Training Studios
• Boutique Studios
• Trampoline and Ninja Parks
• Gymnastics centres
• Children’s soft play and family entertainment centres

ProActive Leisure offer two property acquisition options to help you find the right property:
1. Passive
We can provide a passive property service where we will send any suitable properties as and when we find them. The sites are not exclusive to you and therefore other leisure operators will also receive them. We do not charge for this service other than a finder’s fee payable on completion on any sites we introduce to you of 10% + vat of the headline rent.
2. ProActive
Our ProActive search option is for clients who have an active requirement for a property. Perhaps you have tried to find a site yourself for a few months or have not been able to engage with agents and need some help. We charge a monthly retainer of £500 + vat for this service and will proactively search and engage with agents and landlords on your behalf. Upon successful completion of a property, our fee is 10% + vat of the headline rent

Timescales
Properties acquisitions can be a slow process, so allow 3-5 months to find a property and agree terms. Planning applications will take 10-16 weeks.

Note to Equipment Suppliers:
We are delighted to discuss any of your client’s requirements with you or directly with them. Many equipment suppliers use our services to help their clients find properties faster so that this helps them build up a forecast pipeline and sell more equipment!
